  Robert and Team Connect recently sold our townhouse in Windermere, FL in a matter of DAYS! There was a time when the townhouse was our primary home, but for the past 8 years, it was a long term rental. When we decided to sell, we did a walk through and my heart sank to see how damaged and destroyed our home was. It was our 1st home! But Robert stayed cool, calm and collected. He had the confidence I lacked that our home could be restored back to it's original state in no time. Robert and his crew went above and beyond. With living out of the area, Robert shopped, constructed, and had the house on the market in a week! Within 2 days, we had 2 offers and the house was SOLD! I have never worked with such competence. Robert clearly knows the real estate market and how to properly prep your home. I cannot recommend Robert and Team Connect enough. If you want a realtor that will go the extra mile and get it done, this is your person.
