    My daughter has been with Leaps and Bounds since she was a baby. I have noticed some teachers come and go, but the best teachers seem to stay (Miss Maria, Miss Elizabeth, Miss Stephanie, Miss Jessica, thank you!). The door is always locked when I come except when the owner or director is at the front desk. I love this school and have recommended it to my friends many times!

    Not this place in particular but the overall monopoly BCBS has over florida insurance. I still have yet to get my insurance cards but yet I get my first bill on 12/27 and it's due 1/1. What a great company. Little to no time to pay a $300 policy. I'm a 29 yr old male healthy as can be. A 50% increase from humana last year and i have the worst plan.

    The ladies who "greet" you in the front are quite rude and snippy. One of them sits in the front corner office I thought at least she would be professional, but she was just as bad. I went in to the bank for business and walked out knowing that I dont ever want to make any transactions with this company. They have truly rubbed me the wrong way.

    I spoke with Sarah Cornwell who is apparently the Office Manager. She did not handle my situation in a professional matter. She was very sarcastic when I spoke to her; furthermore she hung up the phone on me. This is not good for business, I hope that your agency does not treat all of your customers like this.
